It could just as easily be Marvel officially has nothing to do with Conan anymore. Maybe the Swede bought it from Disney at some point?
I'm not going to pretend I'm a big modern comic guy, but I don't remember Hearing Conan ever get mentioned in the context of Marvel anymore and Marvel has seemingly went out of it's way to distance it's self from anything that has to do with it directly. (Dr.Strange not once mentions any of Conan's Gods. At least not that I'm aware of. And Eldritch Horrors don't exist in Marvel. Been a while since I saw it, but I don't remember Above-All-Things (Marvel's Ultimate, Creator God) ever mentioning other things existing that he had nothing to do with and seemingly rival, possibly even surpassing, him in power.
Then again, I imagine that could possibly a legal minefield. Robert Howard and H.P. Lovecraft were good friends that helped each other alot. Yog technically is a Lovecraftian horror, whether or not that makes Conan Lovecraftian I think is a matter of debate. But, I'm assuming Disney doesn't own the Rights to Lovecraft (I've honestly no idea who does. The entire IP has been dead for decades outside that one terrible Movie a few years ago that had virtually nothing at all to do with Lovecraft and seemed to be made almost entirely out of Spite and Contempt for Lovecraft himself and Lovecraft as a genera.)
The more I think about it though, the more I suspect Conan is technically Canon to Marvel, but very obviously not. Outside Conan himself, and without digging into it at all im going to hazard a guess that hardcore Conan Fans don't consider Marvel Conan to be Actual Conan, the Conan Universe is completely separate and totally removed from Marvel going all the way back basically to the start of it all.

As for what Marvel / Disney do with Conan, I'm not entirely sure, there may be provisions of previous licensing deals still in effect.
