I haven't watched the video but the Orb of Nergal is a knowledge you can learn and then craft a bench. You can use this to change your character's appearance.

There is a mod Improved Quality of Life that also does this, and has more options you can change. It hasn't been updated in a year so I don't know how well it works.

If you are asking about seeing your crimes, I don't know. That IQOL mod can change them, but when I looked at it some time ago it didn't show my current crimes. I don't think crimes affect the gameplay at all, just a bit of fun.

I just read that the Orb of Nergal is not working correctly so it may not work for you.

The Orb of Nergal will show your race, and you can change it. It is only a cosmetic choice.

You should be able to figure out your religion by what you have unlocked in Knowledge.

IQOL will show race and religion, and you can change both. I don't know what changing a religion on a character might do to your progress.

IQOL has no effect on your progress, you can safely use it.

As far as when it was last updated; it still works just fine.

This is the great mod, I hear that it is the max for 10 follow, and use the "T" key. It will get the meau, but I can't find which one is take the over 5 follow - - - It is someone stop follow when I take no. 6 follow

in game press tab, on the screen next to the inventory theres a green tab named better thralls, open it and change the setting you want

First turn on Admin mode. Game menu / Settings / Server Settings - click Make Me Admin button.

Then open Better Thralls tab. At lower left corner of screen is a slide for player / admin. Switch that to admin and you should be able to increase followers to 10.
