What are the spikes for?

They used to be the ingredient material for palisades but they must have changed it in an update at some point. So not really useful anymore. Like how thrall pots used to have a bigger purpose but now you don't need to feed thralls to keep them alive anymore. There's no use for them.

You can use them as a material to craft palisades. Also there is a feat called "skull taker" that allows you to put human skulls on spikes for a decoration of sort. It used to be that single spikes did some damage so that you could use them to protect your base but I think that's been bugged for a long time.

Cant make palisades with them
