Lag in jungle biome
Game runs fine for me overall at 1440p max settings, getting a stable 90+ fps - except in the jungle area where i am for some reason getting between 30-50 which is disgusting. Any fix to this?

Same. I would guess the rain shader has something to do with it, but I don't know what exactly to adjust if I want to address that.

Hmm yeah, it's a shame, i got as low fps as 25 at some point.

Btw I found a statue that I carried back to my base and placed near the guy with a treasure chest, I got 500 coins, but the treasure didnt despawn, am I doing this correct?

Play with your graphics settings a bit and you might be able to get the FPS to stop tanking like that. Start with the shadows and maybe turn down foliage a notch, there are a LOT of plants in the jungle and that might be what's causing the FPS drops.

Yes, you are doing it right. Those treasures count toward your treasure total if you place them in treasure chest's radius but they remain in the world like a placed decoration item would.

Lower your general shadows setting.

You can also go to your engine.ini and paste these lines into it:

[SystemSettings]
r.Fog=0
r.BloomQuality=0

You can find the engine.ini by navigating to C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

hmm, lowering my general shadows does nothing, i can have it on highest setting, cinematic, or on low, but it has no affect on my fps..

This did nothing to improve performance, if anything it made it worse. I am now seeing as low fps as 20 in the jungle, which is unacceptable and unplayable.

For reference my setup is:
- RTX 3070TI
- AMD R7 5800X
- 64GB RAM
- W10

i'm using 1440p 165hz monitor
