As for OP's question; There is survival, but its very basic and supereasy. There is basebuilding but very grindy (unless you tweak/cheat resource gain). You can build a nice base with an npc army to defend against npc raids. You can train and equip these npc's. There is some exploration and some fragments of story to find. There are some dungeons, there are some bosses to kill.
The biggest part of the game are the cosmetic recipes you can unlock, to dress up your base, think of items like pots, vases, banners but also a drenching vat for the smithy that has no use but is purely cosmetic.
Conan is fun and can be 100% solo if you want because it has a lot of options when creating a new game so you can make it as hard or as easy as you want. Enshrouded has those sliders now as well plus Enshrouded put in a survival mode which I am enjoying.
You might also want to try Bellwright, Aska and Soulmask as well because those are good survival / exploration / crafting games that also can be played 100% solo. All of them have a lot of quests and a basic story that moves along as you progress in the game and all of them offer a lot of base building options.
You also might want to try an old game called Green Hell, it has a lot of base building options, a lot of crafting, survival options such as drinking and eating, a mental stress feature where you can actually go insane if you do not take care of your needs, lots of stuff that can kill you quickly and it has a decent story. It is old but it is one of the better survival games out and still gets updates. Green Hell can be a brutal game where you can die just because you picked up the wrong frog so it is not an easy survival game that holds your hand.
