Same also goes for the other professions where you craft gear.
@FerrousAradicen I agree with you that the temperature advantages the armor provides sometimes doesn't fit the design. Still a fitting armor (values wise) already helps alot with the elements. Even if for some places it isn't enough, unless you wear legendaries.
If you have trouble with the elements and wear at least medium armor, I would reccomend hunting the Red Mother in the unnamed city for the Dragonscale Helm. Decent armor and +20 heat/cold resistance. That should make surviving in hot as well as in cold areas alot easier.
I first started thinking about it when I went to besiege the new PvE castle and my character got a heatstroke because I moved too close to a brazier lmao. Went to check armorer and saw that every piece of armor had the same 1 bar of protection, which was what prompted me to google it in the first place.
