This is pretty much my thoughts on it. My expectations versus what we got. Finding a way to just cheese skip everything to the end. Not even because we can, but because we need to. If they removed the infinite spawns, or even delayed the time on respawns, it would be far more enjoyable. As it stands, there's no reason to do a full on assault
Even with a mod to have as many followers as I want, I'd be risking losing most of them. That's how absurd the spawns are
Also no jars are even needed. Just a ram. One of the many doors above the final gate actually leads inside. Friend and I found it after fully exploring the place. I think you'll still need to fight some of the inner guards taking this path, but I didn't find fighting them difficult. I'll have to go find the door again so I can pinpoint it for people. I can't remember it's exact location
No. It's basically an open world dungeon. Allowing people to claim it would remove the dungeon for others. There are also challenges linked to it
Enemies happen to spawn inside my area, some of them are underground, and they killed my totally harmless pet aligator
I could be quite okay with that, adapt and persist... but there always is some butt in long run:
First, performance impact of 2 massive fortresses in sight makes my game under 20-30fps in some times...
Second, that enemy fortress looks ugly and is too wide spread - which mocks my view from outside the window... the charm of your neighborhood matters!
Third, even if I *destroy* - it will respawn... if not on one playthrough, it will after reentering to the game.
My question is, does it exist any mod to remove this joke off my lawn?
EDIT:
Good news! Creator of this mod is the real savior indeed:

AWESOME! I'm going to load this up and see how it works.
I never really liked the Al-Merayah Castle addition to the world.
**EDIT -
This is the best Mod in the Workshop.
Not only does it remove that atrocious monstrosity at Al' Merayah, but it also removed most of the lag pockets that AoW Chapter 3 introduced.
Thank you for this Mod!
Neighborhood has gone to hell.
That's population and civilization for you.
It looks special, but I couldnt interact with anything.
If you havent found it yet. There is a small door in the tower wall just right next to the second main gate.
the really easy way but a bit time consuming. Get some beefed armour and 2h spear. Blow open the front door with a couple explosive jars. Let the ones inside the gate spawn and drag them back outside agro range and kill them easily with the reach of the 2h spear.
Pick your god of choice and harvest the bodies with the blessed harvester, go back, get your avatar emblem. You can guess the rest.
