Greater Crocodile bleed stacking

So I'm doing a Set/reptile themed authority build with a greater serpent and greater crocodile. Got the snake first and am happy how it stacks poison, however the greater crocodile doesn't seem to be stacking bleed, and when I apply bleed myself with daggers it is a separate bleed icon above the enemy. The crocodile is a decent tank and does it's job but did they disable stacking bleeds on the greater croc? Is this a bug?

Also in a similar vein do set arrows have a separate poison stack than other poisons?

Not all pets stack DOTs as high as you do with some weapons. In the Exiled Lands, I got a Scorpion King as pet and he only stacked poison 3 DOTs high. Maybe the Croc can only stack a single one. I know that a Sand Reaper Queen can stack 10+ 3 poison DOTs.
