you can solo everything, i recommend that if you want a challenge.
Or get thralls and let them beat everything, this game is dumpster fire easy if you do it that way.
YOu just gotta get them the right gear.

There is one achievement that you won't be able to get but otherwise you can solo or 2 player co-op everything.

coan is best with buddies, but most pve content can be done solo, with a strong af thrall
it up to you to find him or her

Sure you can play solo/coop tho its not a great deal in content out there, mostly unnecesary grind with not very much progression. I suggest u to host a dedicated server to avoid a bad experience for the joining partner (doesnt need to be a third machine i can host the server and run the game perfectly fine with a low end pc)
