might in future.
Which is an issue in itself, since everyone has to install the new content, but doesnt have access to it.
If you never touch bazaar or battlepass, then you still have to install extra content that takes up physical space on your drive, and virtual memory while the game is running. Stupid decision, but it is what it is.
I am waiting for Thrall Lootboxes or booby piercing bazaar/BP items. Maybe swimsuits too. Or shaving cream for those armpits.
Ehhhh, if that's the case I think I will just pass on the game and not come back. lol.... I have FOMO issues, which I just end up quitting games over.
Thanks for the info so I didn't waste my time playing the game.
If Bazaar (in-game store), then YES, those items rotate in and out every few days or longer. Additionally, items can show up individually or in packs.
If Battlepass, then (currently) NO, which is how the norm for most BPs. That said, you have like 3 months or so to complete it and if you want to finish it faster, just use Admin mode. Maybe these items could show up in future Bazaar sales, but I doubt it. Also, some players dislike the items in the BP so YMMV if you value such items.
I really don't understand this argument. I get most others, but not this one. How many other multiplayer games have added DLCs, In-game stores, and Battlepasses at this point? All the MMO's, FPS games, literally hundreds of games. All of them require you to "install" those items. Heck, I could rattle off a bunch of Single Player only games that does the same.
But Conan doing it is a "stupid decision."
Do not listen to the people saying no. The bazaar's items change in 3 different way, daily, weekly, and monthly. Each category of item will have the possibility of having items from previous seasons.
Now I've only seen 4 items so far from season 1, but even then it's not always gonna be the items you want from those previous seasons.
I think if we request specific items from previous seasons to show up, maybe funcom would listen. It's a big fat maybe though.
So, I need to beg Funcom to take my money? lol this seems like backwards logic, no offense. Pvp is better in rust anyway, the only thing Conan is enjoyable for is building and losing out on cosmetics and building cosmetics means the game has nothing to offer. I literally play this game just for the building and if I can't build, there's no point.
That's still not free. That's like you giving me 20$ but if you complete some tasks I ask you to do, you will get 20$ in funny money. It's just funny money not real money.
There are quite a lot of mods that add new building parts, furniture, themed armor sets, ect. Many of these have content that the battlepass rewards try to emulate, but most pass cosmetics have been, franky, lackluster. Anything that might be unique and stand out would likely be duplicated by a mod in some way.
FOMO is really more of a you thing.
