What is the difference between the regular Battle pass and the premium Battle pass

Thurgond literally answered ur question. Premium pass will only give u extra 15 levels in the battlepass. Not worth ur money since we can just use admin panel on single player and do the challenges there. I know I shouldn't be pointing this out because eventually, I think Funcom will disable this feature and is going to force people to buy the premium pass.
I used to by the premium passes and even levels until I found out about the admin panel. So yeah, do NOt waste ur money on the premium pass.

Its all cosmetics though? There isn't any actual advantage of the reward items over what you can unlock without dlc?

Premium is 15 BP level jump start for wallet whales, seriously it takes like 3 days tops off the grind. Save your money go Admin mode, crank up NPC dmg taken and Player Dmg given. Change your run speed by a factor of 4. Build a small base whilst turning off cost requirements, stock several crafting benches with supplies for explosives, epic tools/weapons. Make a coffer and spawn couple stacks of gold bars. Then give yourself a votares_dancer_4b (make sure you click the box for already broken). Admin warp wherever you need to go. only do 70 x10 or better, re-roll challenges as needed, grind 70xp challenges, you can probably finish the BP pretty quick if you have Siptah and a Purge base.

I wasn't complaining either. Just stating that all the dlc and battle pass stuff are purely cosmetic. Whether its worth the money for extra visual bling of stock items is totally up to the one doing the purchase.

I did not say that u were complaining and the OP didn't asked us about DLC either. It was a simple question about the difference between the regular and premium pass, which Thurgond, Sublime and I have answered.
