Once they are gone, they are gone.
Oh wow really ? that is disgusting. As if battle pass werent already a horrible way of doing business. What a way to treat your fans....
Doubt Funcom would be happy about that though.. not that players will care lol
Yes lets hope so.
I was ok to buy the stuff like a dlc, and also cool to earn/buy them if they were rotating in the bazar.
But if they act like that, yes i will definitely have no regrets to DL a mod like that if one day someone makes one.
I just bought the game with all dlc's few days ago if i had knew that beforehand, i would have not give my money to a company acting like that, even if the game is great.
I just cant tolerate greedy stuffs like that.
Anyway thanks for the answers guys
Unfortunately, the Battle Pass and Bazaar items are not available even with a mod. They are controlled by Playfab, a service of Microsoft, and are account specific.
Damn. Thanks i didnt know.
Microtransactions can be ok if its made with a fair ecosystem within the game where you can buy/earn them at a reasonable price.
But here with the bazar in Conan exiles, its everything that makes microtransactions cancer for video game :
1 - if you want to buy all the cosmetics provided in the current season battle pass : you have to spend 4 time 20 bucks ( buy 4 battle pass) wich is 80 euros/dollars.....
2 - and its probably the worst : if you just bought the game and are a new player, you have no chance to buy/earn the cosmetics of the previous seasons since they are not comign back.
I had an amazing time since i bought the game last week, i was in love with the game and then i realised how unfair and overpriced was this battle pass system.
I am litteraly gutted since i learned thanks to you guys i will not have any way to earn/buy the cool cosmetics/objects i saw in the youtubes videos i watched.
Hopefully in the far future Funcom will realise how unfair this system is and they will change the bazar system and let new players buy old seasons items or sell them as cosmetics DLCs.
No correct me if i am wrong, but the premium battlepass ( the most expensive one ,around 20 euros) only unlock 15 levels of the current season.
Since there is 60 levels in total you have to buy 4 time the most expensive one if you want to have ALL of the cosmetics provided in those 60 levels
But if only it was just that....my main issue with thi system is you cannot at all unlock/buy the ones from the prvious seasons.
No, the premium pass just lets you skip ahead 15 levels, you have to do challenges to unlock all the rest. The normal pass you do challenges for all 60 levels.
Ok thank you, so you cant cumulate 4 premium to unlock all at once ?
No, I don't think you even could buy a second one. The way the bp works is you do the challenges, like kill these things, find this place, and you get XP for doing this. Get enough XP and you unlock the next level. The premium bp lets you skip the grind for the first 15 levels, that's all it does. You would still have to grind the rest. You also don't need to buy the bp before unlocking the levels. There are a handful of free items you get without paying. To get all the rest you buy the bp. And if you do buy it, and complete it, you get enough coins to pay for the next season bp.
I still hope they will rework the bazar system or do something to let us have a chance to buy/unlock the items from previous seasons. Maybe in the future. Finger crossed
