Turanian Building Set Expension

I was glad when I first saw this set in the livestream because my favourite culture is the hyrkanian (turanian) in the game. I was craving to build an authentic yurt for my characters in the vanilla game. But I can't.

Is it a complete set, or am I missing something (like when the Sandstone Set fiasko happened)?
Where is the rounded foundation?
What can I place in the middle of the skylight ceiling if I would like to make it bigger then 2x2? Especially if I need wedge ceiling for it, for a round building like a tower or a tent (which is basically this expansion suggests).
I am also unable to align the rounded wall/door pieces the right way. The walls can only be placed in the direction opposite to the circular arc.
Pillars does not seem to clip to eachother correctly: the best I can do is 3 from 4.

EDIT: I have got all the dlc-s so far, since their release. It seems to me it is another funcomed bazaar item, needs to be patched because of the snapping points...or?

To answer your first question:
It's not a complete set. More like an expansion to the turan DLC.
Like the other two sets, sandstone and stormglass.

Thank you for the answer, I am aware of that. (I have all the dlc-s since their release.)

Maybe I am not a good builder. I just got 3000+ hours already in the game...

tents looks really nice extension.

The tents look much nicer than the re-skin of the Flotsam roofs they showed in the preview. Worth the extra wait.

The wall arch looks great but isn't wide enough to get by a follower standing in the doorway.

Love the 2x2 domes. Wish there was a 4x4 dome. Wish there was a minaret. Wish there was more vaulted pieces than the corner.

The pillar that snaps in the corner of a floor is great and will be used with other sets.

Basically ever (building) item is just a reskin of an original itemtype in this game.
