it's a bit strange to start using mid game but my server managed to implement it without any issues mechanically.

The most difficult part was finding the "beach" (starting area). It was fairly well hidden and required to do the tutorial for the mod.

It's an end game mod to be honest. There should be no problem starting. Just do the tutorial and you will be fine. Join the discord for AoC. They have guides in the help channels that are quite helpful.

i would start with a new character and follow the tutorial and then the faction quest line. Its more fun this way IMHO...
If you start mid-game, consider to use Pipi-Mod too, if you have issues with attribute and knowledge points.
