Stuck in the sorcerers cave Weavers Hollow

I'm stuck in one part of the cave, I cannot get out, can't climb any of the walls. Is there a debug command to unfudge myself from situations like these? I'd prefer not to lose all the stuff I have on me which I've worked for over the game.

Single Player: You can go into Settings->Gameplay and select the "Make me Admin" button. You'll now have access to several options like:
-Creative mode (double jump to fly)
-Teleportation (CTRL+Right Click map)
-Console commands (~ button, /ghost to enter no clipping mode)

It wasn't in singleplayer, a sorcerer got stuck with me, took all my gear and then killed herself. Took the stuff through magic, then I killed myself, she gave it all back. Massive kudos to that player, saved my bacon!
