question about the blood golems

are the spawn points random and do they change? because i can't find them at the spot some youtubers show they are, and yes i use the skill.

and i even found one popup on me with me even using that sor skill, but was it random can't find it no more at that spot.

i'm asking because i use a ton of mods, so if the spots don't change or they respawn, then its one of my mods that screws things up. thanks for helping.

They spawn in consistent locations, one of your mods may be messing with it.

ah, ok so the golems have a location they spawn, hmm ohwell it is what it is, i have a ton of mod and no mood to find out witch one is screwing me.

OR the golems spawns are bugged in singleplayer mode, that could be the problems too, many things are broken in SP compaired to MP

I'm having the same problem. I've checked several locations that YouTube vids show them spawning at. Nothing there. After several repeated trips to multiple locations there is nothing to be found. I use a limited number of mods, such as EEWA, AOC, and VAM LLE, and Highmane's mods; plus a couple of other minor mods. I've got the Guardian Workbench built, so at least that much is working. No amount of sorcery will reveal the reddish underground hiding spots of the rocknose or golums. Walking over the locations yield nothing, they don't pop out of the ground. I'm in SP mode, so I could just admin spawn the blood crystals, but I just don't want to do that. I hope someone figures out what might be causing this for some players.

While the 20-odd spawn locations don't change there's no guarantee that any blood crystal monsters will spawn at any one location. That being said, I seem to be getting about a 75% spawn rate overall so it sounds like something is stopping the blood crystal monsters from spawning for you.

I'm using EEWA and that doesn't effect it for me so it's unlikely to be that mod. Maybe try disabling AOC and VAM to see if that fixes the problem.

yea one thing is a fact, must be a mod doing this, if the locations of the golems are pre-coded, then something is stoping them from spawning. so on that note, thanks for the reply's and being in SP, i'll pop in admin mode and spawn me a few golems.

anybody know the ID Numbers for the golums and rocknose? I checked Pipi and couldn't find them. Odd.

I found out what was causing the rocknose and golum to not spawn. It was Lands of Rebirth mod for AOC. Once I disabled that mod the blood crystal rocknose and golum immediately showed up when using the sorcery spell to reveal them.

The locations are fixed but the spawn chance is NOT 100% from what I've seen so there will not always be there (at least the big ones)

I checked with the admins on LoR Discord channel. They told me it's a known issue and the LoR mod author will be working on it. So anyone having the spawn issue and they are using LoR should temporarily disable that mod until it's updated.

yes, i know that now, but i'm having spawn issues sins launch of this update so i waited a bit and tryed to trouble shoot a few things my self but ran out of idea's so i asked steam forum.

im having a similar problem. but none of the golems are even spawning. and i cannot even make the guardian bench. the game just fails to spawn the item. giving the same error you get. if you try to spawn items from a DLC you don't have. but i have base game and isles. so im not sure whats wrong.

they aren't guaranteed spawns. the Spawning Pools, Skyfall Ridge, and Sinkhole all have Golem spawns and on a completely vanilla singleplayer world they do NOT spawn 100% of the time.
