Same armor value but more strength damage.
Are you saying this because the helmet doesn't let you use consumable?
What do you use?
I only use heavy armor for my thralls and thats why i knew about the boots.
Wiki says this about the wolf helmet:
"Aspect of the Wolf has Great Wolf's Strength, which will give a +15% strength weapon damage buff. However, unlike bonuses from other pieces of armor, this is a status effect that cannot stack with food buffs. Thus, putting on this helm will immediately delete any food buffs, and eating food that provides a buff will momentarily delete the Great Wolf's Strength buff for a few seconds until it automatically overwrites the food buff again.
Since cooked Catfish, Exotic Feast, and Salted Pork provide the same bonus as Great Wolf's Strength and can stack with normal armor bonuses, one can get a higher strength weapon damage bonus by eating one of these foods while wearing armor that provides a normal Strength Weapon Damage bonus."
I use this helmet for my thralls:

and feed them the Salted Pork for an extra strength buff .
I play on private servers with server transfer so i learned Aesir Armor in the Exiled Lands.
Maybe someone else can answer that, since the wiki doesn´t tell either.
Which is weird since you can only learn Frost Giants on Siptah, there has to be some way, right?
