Treasure system is not working

I got two heroic tresures (I don't know if this is the right name because I play in spanish, but I mean the big ones that you have to carry by yourself walking), and when I'm close to the treasure chest I don't see the iluminated area where you can place it, I see everything normal. When I jump or equip a weapon (to drop the treasure) it stay on the floor but the NPC doesnt count it as part of my treasures... I mean, I put it there but just for nothing, it happened twice, and when I placed the second one, the first one just disappear, I have screenshots of both of them but the registry doesn't tell me anything, like they never haven't been there... I got another smallest treasures like a fine plate and I can put it in my inventory and then to place it in the floor. The small ones are working, the big ones are bugged.

Someone with the same problem, or who could tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or it's an error and I just have to wait until they fix it? Thanks in advance. By the way I'm playing in an official server (no mods of course).

You have to click on the treasurer while carrying the treasure item. Then the placement area activates and you can place the item inside the sphere and it will count towards the hoard. A Derketo cat idol is worth 450.

Thank you, I just tried it and it worked. It's very simple but honestly not really intuitive, I was pressing E on the treasure, but Click... I never imagined I had to click to activate the area. Other people in the chat are also saying it's bugged and their treasures disappeared, but just like me they don't know how it works. Thanks!

Here I am again. All I said before is right, finally I was able to get some treasures and add them in the right way (clicking in the treasure and then clicking in the place where I want to put them) in my base.

The thing, is that they are bugged anyway. I got two dragon and two cat statues. I left the game, when I played today I only had one cat. The event registry doesn't tell anything about the statues that disappear. The treasure system is the most important thing in this new age and it doesn't even work. So sad, and at the same time so normal, coming from Funcom.

same here had 6 cat idols but they are gone but they still count in the coffer

when carrying the "large" aka Heroic treasure, you have to place it with leftclick for it to count for your treasure. Merely dropping doesnt do it.

On console the button is whatever you use to attack.

The disappearing treasure is a bug, I have it too... So far if I placed large treasure on the ground instead of on a building piece, they have not vanished yet.

Whats happening is they are 'falling' through the floors and foundations of your buildings, if you remove the foundations you'll find them sitting directly on the terrain floor. This is a game wide bug at the moment. They still count as part of the treasure hoard but visually reset to the bottom of the terrain every time the server or game is reset/reloaded.

Nope thats not my experience. Ive built my base in 3 floors where bottom floor is at ground level. I put treasures on middle floor, they vanished. Did not drop to ground level.

Just saw this thread, been gathering treasure for a few days, had a few cat idols, urns, plates and horns. Just been dropping the stuff (properly so it was showing in the coffer) The value was around 4kish.
I was like, nah I'm not having this bug, but lemme go check...
Sure enough, all the cats are gone, one of the urns and one of the horns. NONE of the treasures were registered in the coffer except for the gold and silver.
I cleared the foundations they didnt fall through the floor, they are just gone.
The treasure room is in a tower on ceiling tiles about 10 blocks high with the foundations at the bottom.
I did pick up and replace what I had left so it is showing in the coffer again... 4k down to 900... What a waste of time...

Mine aren't disappearing...yet, but aren't counted in the Treasurer's book after I log out and then log back in. If I re-place in the treasure room, they show up in his log. Once I log out, they are removed.

Treasures were officially bugged when Age of War was released but they were fixed after a few days. Anyway I think you're putting them wrong as I did and also many other players. Check the first answer on this post, what @Wotannatow said, in a few words, you just have to CLICK on the treasure chest when you're carrying the treasure and then you have to click again where you want to put the treasure.

here is a odd thing. i cant learn the treasure room feat. its just not there for me see it to unlock it. but i can find those treasure things and i can find it in the admins system.

I need them to fix the bug? from the second to last patch where I cannot see a summary of treasure totals. Currently, its a huge list of each individual item without the ability to scroll down. I wanna see how rich I am!!!

You DON'T click on the treasurer.. while carrying one of the large treasure pieces NEAR your coffer, you left click and it will start to glow in the placeable area. Then left click to place the item on the ground in the glowing area, you will go into your treasurer and now see that he see's the status and gives the value. (they're 5,000gp for anyone who needs that info.)
