so how do you get to the isle of Sipta?

So i broke down and got the isle of Sipta add on since it was on sale but i cant find it on the map I had heard it was in the jungle and you take a boat??? I googled it and all I find are posts about server transfers. Is it a stand alone game or somthing?

so anything i have at my base i cant take with me and anything in the isle stays there?

1) start a new game in the isle of siptah
2) get enough resources to make a few crap chests
3) quit and go back to your exiled lands save
4) load your character up with whatever you need (horse, saddle, a thrall and supplies)
5) hit escape and there should be a copy character option somewhere (THIS WILL OVERWRITE YOUR CHARACTER IN SIPTAH)
6) drops tuff in chests so you are not overloaded anymore and enjoy siptah with a head start
7) You can always do the same to take your character and their inventory back to exiled lands just keep in mind that it will overwrite your inventory so its best if you play the game 1 map at a time

you also keep whatever blueprints you find in siptah

I'm so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ confused with this sentence. So you're in exile land jungle trying to get to siptah with a boat? Siptah is not a standalone game, it's an expansion map kinda like with the dlcs in ARK.

Ok so never once played ARK so have no idea what you mean by that. I was under the impression when you got Siptah it would be a new part on the map kinda like how the biomes became part of the map... But apparently Siptah plays like its own stand alone game having nothing to do with the original game and map in fact as far as i can tell there is no way possible to even move items of any kind between the two games.

So my original question that seems to elude and confuse you some how was can you get there from the original game the answer is no you cant it is its own game that you play completely separate from the original Conan.

Siptah isn't a standalone game. It's still Conan Exiles, it's just a new emtpy map, A standalone game would be DayZ which started as a mod on Arma.

I believe they disbaled the server transfer feature a long time ago. There was a time where we could bring items from Siptah to Exile lands and vice versa which was awesome.

I think calling it a DLC is a bit of reach considering the two games have nothing to do with each other and they cant be played at the same time on the same online server just seems like a really dumb move on funcoms part I wondered why it had some of the worst reviews and it makes since now its not connected to the original game its off in the corner doing its own thing

-Thralls are Alive:
Send thralls to work out on training dummys to build strength or grit, or send thralls to gather resources like stone, iron, brimstone

-Bounty Boards:
When high enough level, you may learn bounties which are recipes crafted at the Bounty Boards, these will grant rewards and tons of experience.

-Courage Stacking:
killing enemy 1 Skull or 3 Skull bosses, you will gain Courage stacks which will show up as a buff on your screen with your amount of stacks next to it. Courage will stack up to 100 times and stay till you die.

-Traits:*
Over time as you deal damage with certain weapons, take damage with certain equipment etc, you will level these different traits, and each of the Traits can level to 10

-Ascension and Constellations:
Once you hit the max level 180 you will be eligible for Ascension. Ascending will reset you to level 1 but grant you 1 Constellation point in return, you can unlock 7 constellations, but will have to Ascend 7 times to get access to all of the Constellations, Each Constellation grants you powerful perks that enhance your combat efficiency

I mean yeah, do you know how annoying it is to see abandoned bases everywhere if it was possible, and people porting their good stuff from an good map to a meh map.... it's like ark they get good dinos then port it over to the island map leaving other members at a disadvantage.

Sure but to me its not worth it and not even a legit DLC why they couldn't just make it a biome is silly but i got refunded so no problem.

Thought it just made the map bigger.

If you could visit it from the original map, it'd be pay2win DLC. Anyone without access to the island would be at a disadvantage, especially on a PVP server. Someone who owned the DLC could raid the bases of people who only owned the base game, and not be raided in return if they stashed everything on the paid-access map.

Don't get me wrong, I think it was a mistake to invest all that development time and budget into making a new map, but once they made that mistake then it absolutely had to be kept separate from the original map. They made the right decision in that regard.

You could try a refund if you haven't played the game too long yet.

But even if you have, Siptah gives you access to two really good looking building sets (Stormglass and Flotsam) as well as a bunch of armor styles. I play in exiled lands and dont regret buying the DLC just for the stormglass set.

What happened to the line "git gud"?

Surely a good player can deal with people of lesser skill with only marginally better weapons. Let's face it, the stats on the Siptah stuff aren't game breaking powerful. In fact, star metal still rules.

Or, I dunno, skip a cheap pizza night and buy the DLC yourself if the extra point or two on equipment bothers you that much.

They need to bring it back as something transferrable between "worlds" and not separate it.
