For thrall perks, unless you use a mod such as Master of Puppets, you have zero control over what perks a thrall will get - it's entirely reliant on RNG nonsense.
Got it. I don't think you'll miss out on anything by artificially levelling your thralls. Just to be sure I usually use the 'add xp' command rather than the levelling command but I'm not sure there's actually any difference in the outcome. Plus by using an admin command you save a massive pile of time.
setfollowerstat (then from list below)
Example = setfollowerstat attributemight 25
Warning, this can make some VERY powerful thralls or followers.
Here are the descriptions of each attribute & name.
SetFollowerStat attributehealth # = Vitality
SetFollowerStat attributemight # = Strength
SetFollowerStat attributeathleticism # = Agility
SetFollowerStat attributeaccuracy # = Accuracy
SetFollowerStat attributemetabolism # = Survival
Just be careful not go down the rabbit hole and overdo it, so you don't keep dressing them up and arming them with cheats and so on. But one thing is for sure, you definitively need Thralls, both as constant companions and workers, it is what makes the game fun.
