Stupid Question

I'm a long-time Conan Exiles player and fan, but I'm not very tech-savvy. I've always played Offline/Single Player. I just downloaded and installed the Savage Wilds mod. It won't let me choose the Savage Wilds map. I looked up the instructions, and they say I need to put the ID in the Server Control Panel. Since I don't play online (and don't know anything about servers), do I have to have a server to play Conan with the Savage Wilds mod? Any help (and patience with a tech noob) would be great). Thanks.

You can play Savage Wilds in single player. Select single player, then create new game. Make sure you select Savage Wilds from the drop down menu so you don't overwrite your older saves.
