Be warned though these camps normally feature much larger numbers of thralls and you can get overwhelmed quite easily if not cautious.
Alternatively you can try the city of sepermeru, the thralls will be neutral unless attacked, they are quite tough and come come in large numbers, but if you are able to overcome the challenge, the waterside area has pretty much every type of thrall available.
But if that's all I got then I suppose I can poke around in the Darfari base to see if they have anything there. It's not *too* far and they're one of the weaker factions so I probably stand a better chance.
If you wanna take it slow or stay in river, Sinner`s Refuge could be a decent bet, still Taskmaster is one of the least frequent spawns, but it`s reasonable enough rate.

I think I saw one Taskmaster very early into my current game but I wasn't yet ready to capture him at the time and I haven't seen any since.
You’ll know when you find it it has a large bonfire with three thralls one is always a taskmaster that is wandering around, a fighter thrall spawn and the other one is always a worker thrall spawn that has a strong chance to spawn a T4 thrall. This is a spot I always farm for thralls ( my go to for new games).
For taskmaster farming I usually go to sepermu because theres a lot of taskmaster spawns but they're a bit tougher there.
