Whats the new green arrow in feats?

Since the last update, I now have a green arrow pointing down in a couple of my feats, a armor one and a weapons one. I meet the requirements to unlock them ( actually it says 0 to unlock ) but they do not show up in my workbench. What am I missing guys? The feats seem to be my race I believe ( can't remember which one I picked honestly ) is this a recipe I have to find on my own maybe? Thanks for any help

Ahh thank you! Now that green arrow makes since, I have been racking my brain trying to figure it out geeze. Would have been nice if they would have put that in the patch notes.
