Please get rid of the "You are over encumbered" message.
It's obtrusive, overly large, and gets in the way of the UI elements. It hinders the use of the ui and is just all around a pain. Just put it next to the status messages as a little flag on the top left.

If you kiss a mod maker's nether region enough, they might make a mod for you.
Or you can take your stupid request to the official forums in the suggestions subforum where your ununique request will be seen.
