Multiple single-player saves possible?

I was wondering if it's possible to have multiple single-player saves. I kind of want to start over, but a friend and I have been playing a file together and I don't want to lose it, so I was curious if there's maybe a save file I could backup and keep tucked away so I could play a separate file when my friend isn't available?

It's more a save folder. It would be something like <your_steam_library>\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved

Copy that whole folder somewhere else and then you should be able to start a new game. Then it would be a case of swapping folders back and forth to play the multiple saves.

There was/is tool called Mikey's Toolbox which you could use to make multiple saves among other things in your game. No idea if it's still updated and working with the current version of the game though.

MultiChar in the workshop. I have not seen any issues and it will let you have several different little barbarians in single player and on dedicated servers. I have used it for about a week without any issues.

Yes, each map has its own separate save files.

This mod is probably the best solution. Another alternative would be the CESG manager, which can be found on Nexus, although I've had issues with it and had to stop using it.
