Grandmaster armor benches bugged?

Hello all, I just recently placed down a Garrison armor bench and the only thing it's able to craft are the things known to my thralls and I do not understand why. I can still craft things at the improved armor bench just not the grandmaster and I do have the perk.

The T3 benches only make epic items. You need to be level 60 with the epic armor feat to make epic armor. You can learn the bench at level 56, so that is confusing.

That's odd they must only be for the armors bench because I can make normal weapons and tools at my tier 3 blacksmith table at any rate thank you for letting me know
