Crashing after play some time....
im having a problem with fatal error,the game runs smooth and well but after a litle bit of gaming it chashes , closing the game ....can someone fix this??? thank u

in a single player game everything is fine.the problem appears when I enter a public or private server and after about 2 minutes I disconnect the game and return to the main menu

Do you have any issues with other games or services while using the internet?
Well, I have been having this Freezing problem sense they introduced MOUNTS and trying to drag thralls with them. Meaning I had to change the entire way I play the game cause I cannot drag a thrall mounted... and even sometimes unmouted it does this... but its rare.
I think its part of the CODE on Purpose as it happens more with NAMED Thralls.
I have had three diff computers up to this point all of them way over what this needs like 470x and 570x motherbords, and 16 to 32 ram. I can play StarCitizen as I have a 1tSSD gen 3.
Happened 5 times today already. Only way to avoid it is to CHEAT and warp back with admin. You figure if anything would hang and freeze your computer that would do it... but nope.

I can go Old School and drag them by foot, but it still happens just not as often... and when it does I just wasted 10-20 dragging something back that I just lost cause the game froze.. to where even Alt/Tab/Delete don't work. I have to windows key, and restart. As Alt-Tab-Delete just brings you right back to the conan exlies frozen screen, or a black screen.

Its gotten worse after 3.0 and that is with No MODs and Single Player.

I have tried about every setting there is... and am playing in low and medium on a computer I can play Star Citizen On.

Its not like the developers are going to figure this out as they don't even play the game...

This is a common misconception. Yes, they do play the game. They also look at servers and player provided Game.DB files to try and determine the cause of an issue so that they can resolve it. I know this because I see them playing the game in the Discord channels with which I am a member. Anything you can provide, i.e., steps, what you were doing, videos, etc., is very helpful in figuring out the issues in the game.
I crashed again today. I use "Esc" to go to the menu and then "Alt+Tab" to the desktop.. from there to Firefox.. when I wanted to go back into the game, I noticed that the game tab was only displayed in black.

Then nothing worked. I could still switch through the tabs, but I couldn't get out of the black screen of Conan Exiles.

Switching through the tab works.. I had a YouTube video running in the background, which continued to play (you could see it in the tab window) and the sound was there too.. but in the end I could only log out using ctrl+tab+del.

For a while I froze every 4-5 tab changes.. I could solve that with this tip

Locate your Engine.ini file, which should be found in your <YourConanExilesInstallPath>/ConanSandbox/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/Engine.ini
Example:
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Conan Exiles/ConanSandbox/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/Engine.ini

Edit it in notepad, and add the following to the end of the file:
[/script/engine.audiosettings]
bDisableMasterEQ=True
+++++

Ran for 2-3 weeks with the tab without any further problems
And then suddenly it happens again. Not as extreme and often as before.. but just like today..

I still have the entry active.

I've got nearly 800 very stable hours in game, mostly SP, and am coming back after a 1 or 2 year break. Game now freezes randomly, perhaps averaging once every 30-45 minutes. Must close using Task Manager. Very unstable now and there doesn't seem to be any pattern to the crashes. I'm running an RTX 3090 on a fully updated 10900KF rig with 32 GB of ram and a Sound Blaster AE-7 sound card and game is installed on an M.2 drive. I run at least another dozen games on this rig with no problems (except for random lockups in old Civ 5 that I fixed by reducing the fog of war graphics).

I have all graphics on ultra settings with uncapped framerates. Are there any notorious settings in particular that I should turn down or off that people have used to get the game running well again?

Same exact issue. With a 2080 super ryzen 9 9550x 32gb of ram and its installed on an mk.2 1tb ssd and I set my graphics to high with medium shadows and it's still happening. Though I turned vsync back on and it doesn't crash as often as before like every hour or so but still does freeze somtimes.

Yes there are log files. I think I have the correct log as there are several on the day and this is the only one without a proper exit and logout at the end

I didn't copy the complete log file, just the bottom part. Hope that helps.

The log file also shows many errors

This error occurred several more times, I only deleted it from the log because otherwise it would be too long here
