Dalinsia Snowhunter vitality vs health. The numbers don't add up.
I looked for a chart to show what her health should be at a certain vitality and couldn't find anything. She is currently at level 15 and only has 7095 health with 50 vitality. This doesn't seem right. In comparison I have Teimos at 10,010 health with only 32 vitality and Janos with 6373 health with 28+6 vitality.

For her to be one of if not the best thrall in the game something seems off here. All stats listed are with the thralls butt naked so no armor buffs.

I just looked up the starting stats for each and Teimos starts at health of 3276. Janos at 3727 and Dalinsia at 5547.

How many HP a thrall gains per point of vitality varies by their clan. Relic Hunters and volcano thralls gain more HP per vitality than the Lost Tribe. So a lucky Khithis will end up with more HP than Dalisina even though he started with less HP.

The amount of health a thrall gets per point in vitality varies depending of their faction. Teimos starts with lower hp but he gains more health points per a vitality point. Dalinsia starts higher but gains less per point.
Also Teimos is currently on wrong faction and that will be corrected on 3.0.

Dalinsia spawns with 5547 hp, she has 30 points in vitality and that gives her 2322 vitality bonus, you can calculate how much she will get per additional vitality point by dividing 2322 with 30, that's 77,4 health for every point in vit.
Your Dalinsia has gained 20 points in her vit during her training, so she has gotten 20 times 77,4 healt more, that is 1548 points on top of her starting vit 5547, 5547 plus 1548 is 7095.

Thank you BigBombz. I knew there must be some kind of formula.

LMAO you guys answered almost identical.

What is it that makes Dalinsia one of the best thralls in the game then? Her health certainly isn't going to end up very high at level 20.
BigBombz Aug 10, 2022 @ 4:03pm
Teimos starts with 3276 hp, he has 3 points in vit and that gives him 696 vitality bonus.
If you divide 696 by 3, you will see that Teimos gains 232 health per each point he gets to his vitality.
Your Teimos has gained 29 points to his vit during his training and that gives him 29 times 232 health, that's 6728 extra health on top of his starting health, so 3276 plus 6728 is 10004 hp. There are some rounding of numbers happening there, but as you can see all the numbers do add up.

She is ONE of the best, she used to be the best, but Funcom does some adjustments every once in a while. Dalinsia will be back, I think, after the 3.0 update when Teimos is moved to his own faction and loses a lot of his healt as well as his damage multiplier will be lower.
BigBombz Aug 10, 2022 @ 4:09pm
Also Dalinsia has damage multiplier of 2,21 and Teimos 2,08. So Dalinsia hits a bit harder than Teimos, though not by much.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the experience gain for thralls in settings. I tried setting the top slider from 1.2 to 10 and then back to 0.1. It didn't seem to make any difference. I just read maybe the kill exp gain might do it. Not sure if it even affects thralls exp gain or just mine. Dalinsia was gaining roughly 10k exp points for every 2 NPC's we killed. She has to have over 700K exp points to get to level 16.

Yep, Dalinsia is a slow levelling thrall and Teimos is fast levelling thrall. Levelling speed is also dependent of their faction. Weak factions like darfari and black hand are fast levellers, and stronger factions like forgotten tribe and volcano npc's are slow levellers. NPC's from Sepermeru are medium levellers.

I generally level my thralls by killing rocknoses. Rocknoses give really high amount of xp compared to how easy they are to kill.
I ride my rhino and have my trainee on follow. A good rhino kills a rocknose with three hits so it's super fast, much faster than killing apes in the jungle as some people like to do in my opinion. Human npc's don't really give that much xp.

Teimos is a bug. He has the starting stats and damage modifiers of a Cimmerian Beast Tamer. Someone gave him the stats of these rare purge thralls. He gains experience as if he belonged to his proper faction the Black Hand.
BigBombz Aug 10, 2022 @ 4:36pm
Teimos was not intended to be tameable, so that's probably why he was given wrong stats. He was meant to be a purge thrall leader like Chef Gourd is.
BigBombz Aug 10, 2022 @ 4:40pm
Razor Gord is the chefs name. I never get it right if I don't look it up. lol
emitfudd Aug 10, 2022 @ 7:40pm
Ended up with around 8500 health with Cimmerian steel armor. I keep hearing about people who have thralls with 15K + health. Must have been long ago and nerfed.
