Where do you find the Grinder, in the hammer menu?

I've looked everywhere but I can't find it.
I know it's in the Stone Tools category, it says I have it trained but I can't find how to make it anyplace. I need a lot of Bone Meal, I'm trying to grow Grey Lotus Flowers.

You have to have a lot of Grey Lotus Powder to complete the next Spell.
This it getting way too complicated.

Make sure you also have raw ash, which can be gotten from the obsidian nodes in the volcano. As well as regular blood (put human flesh in a fluid press) or a lot of dung (feeding animals in an animal pen). Lotus requires potent compost, not regular compost.

You may also need a dryer. You only get 5 grey lotus from a single seed. Putting 3 grey lotus (or other plants) in a dryer will get you a seed you can replant.
