Missing furniture maker?

I have it unlocked but cannot find it anywhere.

"Furniture Maker" is only the name of the feat that unlocks the Artisan Table. The Artisan Table, and its various culture-specific versions, are what make furniture and other decorations. The Artisan Table, like the other workstations, is built with a construction hammer (which is gotten from the Apprentice Mason knowledge perk, which is the one that unlocks sandstone buildings.)
