Is there a wearable version of the witch queen's mask?

I've seen references to it here and there, but I've yet to get her to actually drop the bloody thing and the (admittedly kinda ♥♥♥♥) wiki seems to claim that it's unimplemented content, so I just want to confirm whether or not it's real so I'm not wasting my time trying to farm her for it.

No there is no wearable version, at least not in vanilla game, there may be a modded version. In vanilla game the mask is a lore item, not an actual armor piece.
