Get into a faction camp without being hostile

Hi, I got this game 2 days ago and I'm trying to learn its mechanic. I'm trying to capture some thralls in camps, but it's quite hard if everyone keeps swinging blade at me

It isnt so easily when being outnumbered. And sometimes I accidentally kill the thrall I want to capture

Don't just run into the camp where everyone attacks and murders you. Instead you need to sneak closer and get one or maybe two of them to notice you. After you get their attention just back away and pull them out of the camp where you can slaughter them, take their loot and teabag them. Next sneak closer again and pull one or two more, rinse and repeat. You can use a bow to lure them out of the camp too.
When you get the thrall you want to enslave use your shield and truncheon to knock him/her out.

How dare they swing their blades at you when you are trying to enslave them. The nerve of those NPCs.
