I can just about guarantee you won't need to do that, assuming your mods are all in order (and updated to be compatible with Patch 34). Just let me know if you run into hurdles, I'll sub to this discussion and help further as needed.

Things really look great on a 4K curved 34" monitor.
I can't wait to get all my games dowloaded and up and running.
I did get into Conan just long enough to see that it runs really great and will run at UHD settings.
I was pleased to see that when I allowed the game to set the graphics setup it set everything at Ultra and it ran as smooth as glass.
It will make my games that I've played for thousands of hours look new again.
