Like my title says what is your weapon and armor of choice? And why?

Honnestly i would personally go with if you're starting Medium armor untill you can get a level lll thrall for armorer then get Expectional quality of that armor for bonus Weight, currently using that and already at level 60, if im going fighting, i rock with the Heavy steel (execptional again) due to bonus weight, and weapon of choice, i would go with the Steel War axe or ancient war axe if you have the mats...

Greatswords. They are an ungodly whirlwind of death that can take out PACKS of mobs. Start out with medium armor so you can dodge until you get to the point where you kill most things in 1-2 combos and master the art of knockdowns, then upgrade to heavy if you want to go the juggernaut route or stay medium and pump your grit to dart in and out of combat.

Greatswords with 40 Strength is like watching a choreographed dance of slaughter.

Silent Legion Armor, boosts a bunch of stats among them strength Vit and encumb, overall excelent armor. And I use Telliths Sorrow. a very nice greatsword.

Of choice? I've rocked bows since beta release. They sucked then, WAY WAY sucked. Are there better weapons? I mean, of'course. but "ranger" can be a viable playstyle if you figure out some nice tricks. Rock Upgraded Medium Armor

Dual daggers - between the bleed and the avoidance, I find it fun and effective. Also, worth mentioning that many foes can be "stagger locked" with quick attack combos, preventing them from landing a hit if done properly.

Armor- something light enough that I can still roll around.

Prefering pikes at the moment, the heavy combo is great for keeping things at a distance, then use medium armor to roll back, regen stam, rinse repeat. When fighting most NPC's or players though ive been using shield and axe, the ability to sunder with almost every heavy attack as well as negate a large chunk of their armor means it does surprising amounts of dmg, not to mention stopping arrows and combos with a shield.
