Where is Glowing essence recipe?

My friends and i have started on isle of siptah recently and we want to make the cool light arrows but i cant find anything online or in game for learning the feat to make glowing essence for the arrows. Do i just have to farm chests and bodies for the glowing essence instead of crafting them?

My understanding is Dredger feat is not available on Siptah people used to claim the recipe was on the grandmaster alchemy benches but I checked with a t4 alchemist but it was not there on either versions. I have been harvesting the pirates for my source of essence. Or if you have pippi the admin can add the Dredger feat to a player themselves as a reward for doing something or just because reasons

I think you are correct and that the Dredger recipes are not available on Siptah, even with end of vault recipe drops. Fortunately, glowing essence is a common item on almost all loot tables and a player usually finds way more than they ever want. We ended up just dropping it with the garbage stuff we had so much.
