Any information on this guy and other obscure Thalls around the world?
I already have Bearer's III carrying bag I captured before, does that mean that named Bearer's Thall Bag would have even higher capacity for carrying?thx

He can be found on the north side of the galleon, Not on the actual "ship". He shares the spawn with another t4 bearer but they are rare spawns.
