is there a way to host a lan server

me and frens get together and do lan (we do not have connection to internet) and was wondering if this has lan

Yes, kinda. While my wife can simply type 'localhost' as the IP to connect, I can type her internal IP and join as well. This is very LAN, but on the other hand it is also open to outside connection if one was to guess our external IP and get the password correct, so not totally LAN.

Also if you have a issue getting that to work, an easy way to do it, both accounts should have steam accounts, make sure you have the host in your friends steam list, then have the person hosting the game start it up, when they are in it you then goto steam friends list click on there name and click join game, conan exiles will load up and load in and send you right into there game. This take a few min loading up so take your time.
