good settings for 2 player coop ?
Hey,

i want to play conan with just 1 friend, in coop mode, not online.

what would be good settings if i dont want a grindy experiance but i still want a challenging experiance?

Also since we will not use a dedicated server, time will only pass as long as we activly play.... so should i maybe adjust some timings to?

and do bosses still have insane amounts of HP?
i like strong bosses but i do not like to literally hack hours into one boss

My friend and i use these settings for co-op

Harvest amount 3
exp 2.0
thrall conv 1
item conv 1
idle thirst 1
active thirst 0.2
idle hunger 1
active hunger 0.2

It's keeps the survival aspect and also is not to grindy, if you two work together you can have a good sized base and some thralls and pets in the first ingame week.
hope this helps.

For bosses, I don't recommend changing any settings unless you are trying to fly through the campaign. I do recommend getting a mod like 'Level 140' so that you can get higher stats and unlock all the feats. The 'Better Thralls' mod also allows you to have up to 10 thralls follow you making bosses almost easy, but yet entertaining.

When it comes to bosses by yourselves, just keep in mind they have an attack pattern. Have someone agro the boss and get it to display its attacks by dodging without fighting hard. Once you have seen the attacks and associated indicators it becomes very easy to roll away before the strikes land. Also, with two of you it gives the ability to agro back and forth. Attacking the rear of the creature until it turns and gives chase. It takes longer, but should ensure little damage taken between you both. You just have to be aware of any attacks that have 'AOE'.

The biggest problem you may run into is the tether. You may find it advantageous to run a server on your PC and both connect to it. Depending on your setup you may be able to run a server and join onto the server at the same time. For ease of use there is https://forums.funcom.com/t/conan-exiles-dedicated-server-launcher-official-version-1-0-42-beta/21699 that I use and found it to be amazing.

thanks for the info,

about the bosses, i rember that they were incredibly damage sponges last time i played, there damage and there attack patterns were something i could handle but it took incredible amounts of time to kill then because of immense amounts of HP
