alchemist bench

So just came back after a while. Placed down the alchemist bench loaded up some aloe and it says unable to craft....am i missing something? Is it a Thrall only bench or is there fuel?

just reread, sorry. If you have the bench you should be able to craft if you have the feat unlocked

Basic aloe potion is crafted in inventory now. Higher level pots are done in alchemy bench, but those need additional ingredients on top of aloe. Alchemy benches do not need fuel and a thrall is not necessary.

Ah so my mistake was trying to make the basic one in the bench lol guess they forgot to remove it?

What do you mean by “basic”? You can craft only “weak aloe potion” in inventory (3 aloe). To craft a regular “aloe potion” you still need a bench, just like it was in the days of yore.
Requires the same amount of aloe (7 with alchemist) as before. There is a “consumable” tab in the bench. Aloe potion is under that tab.

With basic I mean the one that's crafted in inventory, the weak one. I never even bother with crafting other ones.
But yes, the "aloe extract" that requires only 7 aloe as ingredients is crafted on alchemist bench. It should be as simple as loading enough aloe into bench inventory and hitting "craft".

The weak potion is not basic, though. The basic aloe potion has always been and still is the one that requires 7-10 aloe and is actually called “aloe potion.” We could never craft a weak potion before Siptah so you can’t say that the “basic aloe potion is crafted in inventory now.” It is misleading, as the OP reaction indicates. Sorry for being pedantic, just wanted to clarify.

The basic aloe potion is STILL crafted in the bench. I am not sure why the OP cannot find it.

ok weird i can craft the weak aloe one for 3 in my inventory but the normal one that costs 10 says unable to start crafting item
