I concur.

Grey Ones drop lots of weapons, which are good weapons btw, but grab them and put them on the recycle bench and it gives you Obsidian bars. It's good for the environment too. Also, as Met says, they drop a decent amount of raw obsidian ore too.

Also in in the Strange Portal of Chamber of Scales on the north east side of the map
in a hidden room that requires special meat to open.
