Abysmal Fangs on Isle of Siptah, Where Are They?

i cant find abysmal fangs anywhere on the siptah map i learned the reptile armor and the epic version of it, i have everything but the abysmal fangs needed to craft it does anyone know where to get those on isle of siptah

Need to double check later, but i think the fleshmaggots from the fractured citadel boss do drop them along with eyes.
You can summon the boss from the pools (bloodmoonbeast or smiliar).

yep - fleshmaggots around tower drops it and mealstrome maggot boss - can by summoned in new expanded area alternatively drops as loot from Cannibal Surge in - Leyshrines.

I've gotten tons of Abysmal fangs and eyes from flotsam.
