The first one I added was Mod Control Panel, no mods for it to control, just that mod and boom my stamina stops working.
Then I tried adding each one by itself after and no matter which mod I add, stamina stops working, even mods that where updated yesterday after the patch make it stop working.
A member on my discord, who had the same issues, said it resolved itself after a few mod updates. They believe it could have been the sapphire lcda mapmod (maybe that's the map you are testing it out on?)
No Sir. At the moment I am just running exiled lands, and adding the mods in one at a time then taking them back out and adding the next. Then I do another new start. So far any mod I put in makes stamina stop regenerating. Right at the start I run to where the bat/harpy turns around and screams at you and wait to see if my stamina regen is working. It never does untill I take the mod back out. I have just unsubscribed and resubscribed all my mods to see if maybe it is the steam bug where it says its updating workshop content, but did not actually change anything. I have a few to go though, so it could take a bit to work out.
