Fullscreen issues
When I go fullscreen, my mouse can click on desktop at the edges. I try go into window mode but then the windows is quite small. I try Alt and Enter but still same problem. The resolution is 1920 x 1080, and no other games have this issue

Try using borderless windowed mode - this solved a similar problem for me.

Then you are choosing the wrong option, or your desktop resolution is wrong.

I choose 1920 x 1080 just like every other game I've ever played. I tried Fullscreen, Windowed and Bordlerless window. Only fullscreen makes the window fit the entire screen, but it acts as if it is bordered and when the mouse goes off screen, it clicks off the game.

Never had a problem like this before, it is 100% conan, super buggy game so far
Guess you haven't played many games then. I can't count the number of games where ift can click "off screen" on a 2nd/3rd/4th monitor. If you can't stand it, look up a Mouse Lock software utility. They exist for a reason.

Also, if you are using Windowed Fullscreen and it's too small, that is VERY much on your end. Windowed Fullscreen matches your desktop resolution. It's how its done on pretty much every game ever made that has that option.

And finally, you aren't doing yourself any favors by saying "it works fine on other games, Conan buggy, etc etc." That's just a red flag that you aren't interested in getting or going through basic troubleshooting steps.

Ok but I use a laptop so no 2nd screen. I have played hundreds of games and never had this issue. My desktop resolution is 1920 x 1080 as I have said many times. Never had this problem before which is why I am asking about it in the conan discussions. I see that many other people have had issues, and it has persisted for years. Not many solutions though, and I tried all the available ones.

If you don't want to help, just don't respond, no point blaming me when everything is fine on my end

Why so many people having issues with specifically conan then? What a toxic community this is, glad it's a buggy mess, saves me from playing with you people

I don't know if you're still interested in playing this game but FYI, I think figured this out. In the "steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini" file, there's a setting that's "DesiredScreenWidth" and "DesiredScreenHeight". Mine was set well below my actual screen resolution for some reason. When I changed this, full screen worked properly.

I have no clue why that setting even exists, or why it would default to 1920x1080, but here we are.

I appreciate your necro and posting this. I normally play on a PC but newly installed Conan on my laptop due to traveling and was having same issue as OP. DesiredScreenHeight/Width was set to something like 1230/720 and changing this TOTOALLY FIXED the issue. Thank you!

Sir you just saved my new playtrough ! Thank you and kindest regards
It also makes sense to disable the intros. I've encountered screen saver freezes and cursor issues in recent updates.
Try to turn them off in the file:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Config\DefaultGame.ini

DefaultGame.ini

Want:

-StartupMovies=
+StartupMovies=StartupUE4
+StartupMovies=StartupNvidia
+StartupMovies=CinematicIntroV2

Try changing the "+" to "-" :

-StartupMovies=
-StartupMovies=StartupUE4
-StartupMovies=StartupNvidia
-StartupMovies=CinematicIntroV2

Check if the intro playback has disappeared. As a last resort, just erase these lines. Check your game afterwards.
