How to craft Snake arrow in Isle of Siptah ?

I build the Set altar , but how to find those resources ?

You need T2 for the arrows. You obtain zeals by crafting set antidotes with the hearts you get from skinning human npcs with a set knife.

No, you don't need T2 or arrows. All you need is branches and zeal.

I branch + 1 manifestation of zeal = 10 snake arrows.

I mass produce these babies on Siptah. I built a base next to a common spawning spot plus there are 2-3 nearby. I go over there with my Greater Sabertooth, wait for a minute until he is done (don't want to damage my equipment) then get the hearts, go back, craft antidotes and then arrows.

Edit: I mean that's what I used to do prior to the patch. I don't play any more. This last patch ruined my game.

Just to make it clear to folks who might still be confused:

Snake arrows are not crafted on the carpenter bench, they are crafted directly at the Set altar. You just put branches inside the altar and use available manifestations of zeal with these branches to create snake arrows, You don't need a carpenter or even a carpenter bench for snake arrows, unlike other special arrows.

That is I already understand that I need to make it at Set Altar. But I just don't know how to get manifestation on Isle of Siptah, that's all

Everything works the same way it works in the original game.

You crafted your ritual knife at the altar, right? Now go to the the points of the wild surge and kill the spawning thralls and use your ritual knife of them. You get a heart per every dead thrall you harvest. You get maximum 5 hearts per surge. In my experience, the cannibals' bodies very often despawn before you have a chance to harvest them so keep that in mind. Probably a bug.
After you have a few hearts return to your altar and craft something with the hearts, like antidotes. You get your manifestations. Craft your arrows. You can craft 50 snake arrows after each trip.

It is a good idea to build your base close to where these wild surges occur because you don't have a lot of time before the hearts expire.
