Kicked by BattleEye. Reason: Query Timeout

Im playing on an Official server, just building my base and I keep getting kicked from the server for the above reason. Its happened 3 times, each time after about 5 minutes of joining the server. Dont understand what is going on because Im literally not doing anything I shouldnt lol Any ideas how to solve it or could the issue be with BattleEye? Thanks!

I know two things that sometimes help with this issue. Uninstall BattleEye and re-install it. If that doesn't work verify game files. If those two don't do anything for you then it's likely a server issue with BattleEye and there's probably nothing you can do about it.

No, I think the game is Bugged. It's happening to me too. Worked fine this morning, yesterday, never before I think. For what it's worth Windows 7 64x Pro.
