How do you make Spice in the Firebowl

I have 50 bark in side it. It doesn't have an option to make it. Please help.

You need a T4 alchemist from a purge to get the recipe for making spice from bark.

Use a grinder and put plant fiber and seeds in it. It is the easiest way to make spice.
