How do you tell what time zone a server is in?

Just use CET. Or ask the admin.

What is CET? Also I only play on officials, so not sure there are admins to even ask?

CET is Central European Time
Most Official US servers are EST Eastern Standard Time I think.

Yeah but how do you determine the time zone of the server itself? I want to play on a server whose raid times match my time zone.

I don't want to play on an Official Eastern Time Zone server with raid times that are between 5pm and 12 AM since on the West coast for us that would be between 2 PM and 9 PM.

While you are in game hit escape and look under server options. Whatever that time shows is what time they are referring to.
