Give XP to other players as an Admin

Currently I'm admin of the private server and sometimes I want to reward players with XP at my discretion. Is there any easy way to do it? I can't see any command not option in admin panel...

No.
But if I were going to reward anybody with something, it would be with a unique item.
It is already too easy to level up.

Well, it's not easy to level up on my server (unless using some kind of exploit).
It's a shame... I think admin tools are too basic and it's really hard to do a proper admin job on a private server.

Maybe someone knows some kind of workaround?

Possibly award them with loads of crafting materials, since crafting gives tons of exp by simply adding materials to a station and hitting build.

Spawn them high-level thralls for them to kill, it provides them with a lot of exp and they can kill them pretty quick on a full str built. Spawn them passive so that they won't start attacking until attacked.

Strange nobody has mentioned Pippi mod... that's one of its features. You can control pretty much anything you want with it...

Of course, con is: you need to have it installed in the server, and that would mean everyone that joins would have to install it too.
