I can't even see the server list because that message pops up when I try to play online. I am connected to the Internet and I have no Internet problems.

Yes, the first refund was declined by Steam due to the system. If this cannot be resolved via Steam, I will contact the consumer advice centers.

As Funcom caused the damage, a class action lawsuit directly against Funcom in the Netherlands is under consideration. Steam then no longer has anything to do with it, so the arbitration process in the USA can be dispensed with.

It is unfair to make a promotion and change the game three weeks later (in het Nederlands: Oneerlijke handelspraktijken)

I dont understand, some people with Windows 10 and Playstation 4 have the same issue. While other people do not.

I caught the same thing. I did not find a solution, but if you know the server IP adress, you can manage to click play online - direct connection - insert IP - click "OK" before the message that "there is no Internet connection" appears - game connects to the server without problems (tested on a private server)

I would like to do that but the pop up is too fast
anyway. Tried solo player and the game keep crashing after one minute or so

There’s another problem - when connecting, the error "authentication error" may get out, due to which it will most likely need to be done several times until it connects to the server. According to the logs - because of ping 9999

Authentication works for me. But that does not help me.

You must be connected to the internet to play online" I am NOT going to be made to use win 10 to play a game that clearly says I can use win7, devs did not turn off decay and all my stuff POOF.... 2000 hrs for what, they cant pre run a simple patch and see if it will kill an entire community that refuses to use win 10... there is a reason we do not use that bloated garbage operating system. This is my right to use win7 over 10. fix this....
