what's the point of making two one handed black ice sword?

Black ice longsword and Black ice broadsword...

what's the point of making two one-handed sword when we can't use both of them at the same time?

It would be better if we can get Black ice spear or maul (two handed) instead of TWO one handed sword

Before the latest patch longsword has less damage but higher durability. There was choice between damage and durability.
Since patch both sworda are slightly nerfed and have the same damage, but longsword is still more durable.

Slightly wrong. There was no choice before and there still isn't. You use the broadsword.
